Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
Conduct research to understand the needs of potential clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects using CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and NGage’s service offerings.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the marketing or technology sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with the Chicago market and its business landscape.
