Recruiter

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR department. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Role Details

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process, including conducting reference checks and negotiating offers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates, keeping all parties informed of the status of their applications.

• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment strategies.
