Key Responsibilities
Develop and design visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics that align with NGage’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that capture attention and convey our messages effectively.
Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and priorities effectively.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh and innovative.
Assist in the creation of video content, including animation and motion graphics.
Review and provide feedback on design projects to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards.
Prepare final artwork for production and ensure files are print-ready when needed.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
Experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Familiarity with the Chicago market and its business landscape.
