As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver customized marketing solutions that drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.

  • Conduct presentations and pitch NGage’s services to prospective clients.

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met.

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and NGage’s service offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the marketing or technology sector.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in social media marketing or a related field.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.

  • Familiarity with the Chicago market and its business landscape.
